Village People

Throughout the ages people have walked through the streets and fields of Potterspury. From pre-Roman times to the present day and at all levels of the social scale of the day. From dukes (including one prime minister) through a distinguished scientist and one of the great mathematicians of his time, to the humblest of agricultural labourers. All have played their part in making our village what it is today. In these pages we seek to remember some of them.
