The Old Social

The Old Social, at 104 High Street on the corner of Church Lane, is a 17th century stone-built property which was a village institution and meeting place. Before the 1960s, it hosted village groups from the cubs and brownies to the parish council and even provided a space for the weekly doctor's surgery.
